RESOLUTION NO. 2023-136
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FY 2023 AIRPORT CCTV PROJECT FOR THE AIRLINE
PASSENGER TERMINAL BUILDING - FEDERAL AVIATION
ADMINISTRATION AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM,
PROJECT NO. 3-19-0094-0054.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Airport Director of said City to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2023 Airport CCTV Project for the Airline Passenger Terminal
Building - Federal Aviation Administration Airport Improvement Program, Project No. 3-19-
0094-0054, and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the FY 2023 Airport CCTV Project for the Airline Passenger Terminal
Building - Federal Aviation Administration Airport Improvement Program, Project No. 3-19-
0094-0054, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 06, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY
2023 Airport CCTV Project for the Airline Passenger Terminal Building - Federal Aviation
Administration Airport Improvement Program, Project No. 3-19-0094-0054, are hereby
approved, and said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March 2023.
