RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN SECTION
11-3-3(D) APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND REQUIREMENTS AS
IT RELATES TO THE APPROVAL OF THE FINAL PLAT OF SAN
MARNAN BUSINESS PARK FIRST ADDITION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCI OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance in Section 11-3-3(D)
Application Procedure and Requirements as it relates to the approval of the final plat of San
Marnan Business Park First Addition, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March 2023.
