RESOLUTION NO. 2023-150
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $27,650.00, TO COMPLETE SOIL TESTING AT
GATES PARK, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated March 6, 2023, between HR Green of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $27,650.00, to complete soil
testing at Gates Park, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March 2023.
