RESOLUTION NO. 2021-219
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AND MINIMUM ASSESSMENT
AGREEMENT WITH LINCOLN SAVINGS BANK,
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED OCTOBER 7, 2019, TO EXTEND
THE COMPLETION DATE TO JULY 31, 2021, AND THE
MINIMUM ASSESSMENT TO DECEMBER 31, 2051, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement originally
executed October 7, 2019, between Lincoln Savings Bank and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,to
extend the completion date for development of property as described in the agreement, to July
31, 2021 and the Minimum Assessment to December 31, 2051, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April 2021.
