RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 7 TO A
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH CENTRAL PROPERTY
HOLDINGS, LLC TO INCLUDE A GRANT FOR EXTRA FILL
ACTIVITIES IN THE AMOUNT OF $136,983.05, EXTENSION
OF THE TIMELINE TO FINISH TO OCTOBER 31, 2023, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN AND
EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 7 to the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement originally
executed August 7, 2017, between Central Property Holdings, LLC and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, to include a grant for extra fill activities in the amount of$136,983.05, extension of the
timeline to finish to October 31, 2023, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December 2022.
