RESOLUTION APPROVING OUTDOOR SIREN WARNING SYSTEM
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH BLACK
HAWK COUNTY/MUNICIPAL CIVIL DEFENSE AND DISASTER
SERVICES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Outdoor Siren Warning System Preventive Maintenance and
Service Agreement dated January 3 , 1989, for routine maintenance
and expedient repairs to the outdoor siren warning system to be
performed by the Waterloo Electrical Department, by and between
Black Hawk County/Municipal Civil Defense and Disaster Services of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 1989.
