RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING CONTRACT WITH BRICE,
PETRIDES-DONOHUE COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Contract dated January 3 , 1989 , for
improvements to Water Pollution Control Plant, by and between
Brice, Petrides-Donohue Company of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 1989 .
