WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Thorson, Brom, Broshar, Snyder
. Architects of said City to prepare proposed specifications, form
of contract, etc. , for the Lecture Hall/Gallery Addition for the
�4Waterloo Recreation and Arts Center, in the City of Waterloo,
and
WHEREAS, said Thorson, Brom, Broshar, Snyder Architects did
file said preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc. , for
the Lecture Hall/Gallery Addition for the Waterloo Recreation and
Arts Center, which were preliminarily approved on December 12 ,
1988, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January
9 , 1989 , and no objections were made,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the Lecture Hall/Gallery Addition
for the Waterloo Recreation and Arts Center, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 1989 .
