RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE LECTURE
HALL/GALLERY ADDITION FOR WATERLOO RECREATION AND ARTS
CENTER.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1989-7, plans, specifications
etc. , for the Lecture Hall/caller
Y Addition for the Waterloo
Recreation and Arts Center, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing
prescribed by
statute,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements
be constructed in accordance with said plans and specifications.it
That the work herein ordered is to be
