BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
' I OWA:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. , on the 6th day of February, 1989, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon the re-establishment of
a "Self-Supported Municipal Improvement District" ( SSMID) for an
area described as follows :
Beginning at the intersection of Franklin Street and East
Third Street along Franklin Street to the intersection of the
Chicago and Great Western Railroad, along the railroad across
the river to Jefferson Street, along Jefferson Street to West
Fifth Street, along West Fifth Street to Washington Street,
along Washington Street to West Third Street, along West
Third Street to the point of beginning.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed
to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 1989 .
