E-+ RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY LEAP TO THE FUTURE-YEAR
E-' H '' C 2000 AND BEYOND STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, AS AMENDED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Preliminary Leap To the Future-Year 2000 and Beyond
Strategic Development Plan for the City of Waterloo, as amended,
be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Leap to the Future Steering
Committee be instructed to proceed with the development of an
action plan which will prioritize, schedule and assign
jurisdictional responsibility to the various strategies outlined
in said Plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 1989 .
