COMPANY OF DENVER, IOWA FOR FY 1988 TOWER PARK SANITARY
. 1715 C SEWER EXTENSION, CONTRACT NO. 345 AND ACCEPTING THE
WORK.
WHEREAS, Denver Construction Company of Denver, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with FY 1988 Tower
Park Sanitary Sewer Extension, Contract No. 345 , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 1989 ,
