BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
H that the Agreement dated January 16 , 1989 , for Asbestos Removal
` Contract E-88 (A) in conjunction with Ansborough Avenue North
(University to Upton) , IX-6615 ( 5 ) ---79-07 , by and between Viking
Insulation, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 1989 .
