OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. cn the 23rd day of January, 1989 , for
the purpose of hearing testimony for and against the appeal of
Charles R. Miska concerning Ordinance No. 2967 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Waterloo, Iowa; Dangerous Animal
Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
