WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
�; Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00
for the p.m. on the 21st day of February, 1989 ,
purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Patricia L. Christy to rezone from "A-1" Agricultural District to
"M-2,P" Planned Industrial District a parcel of land
generally
located at 729 Airline Highway and legally described as follows:
Lot 10, Grenberg Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 1989.
