BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Addendum to Engineering Services Contract dated January
23 , 1989, in conjunction with FY 1989 Commercial, Jefferson, West
i
« Seventh Streets Reconstruction, Contract No. 350, by and between
Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
