RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-WAY SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH

o n � ' DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right-of-Way Service Agreement dated January 23 , 1989 ,
for Shaulis Road, M-6470( 4 ) --81-07, by and between Wayne Claassen
Engineering & Surveying, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 1989.
