RESOLUTION APPROVING DEMOLITION CONTRACT "A-89 (D) " WITH
JOHN ZEIEN EXCAVATING OF LAPORTE CITY, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Demolition Contract "A-89 (D) " dated February 6 , 1989, for
Ansborough Avenue (North) from University to Upton,
IX-6615 ( 5 ) --79-07 , by and between John Zeien Excavating of LaPorte
City, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1989.
