° BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
-i that the Amendment to Loan Agreement dated February 6, 1989 , for
Industrial Revenue Bond, Series 1980 , by and between Fahr
Beverage, Inc. and The National Bank of Waterloo of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1989 .
