RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 WITH
00 BRICE, PETRIDES-DONOHUE CO. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
w° N O SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
G' ? BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated February 6 , 1989, for
final design of Ridgeway Avenue Reconstruction ( from U. S. Highway
63 to Ansborough Avenue, IX-6500 ( 3 ) --79-07 ) , by and between Brice,
Petrides-Donohue Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
N PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1989.
