' RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 WITH
BRICE, PETRIDES-DONOHUE CO. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
o oSAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated February 6 , 1989, for
final design of Ansborough/Hackett Bikeway Connection,
IX-6615( 8 ) --79-07 , by and between Brice, Petrides-Donohue Co. of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
' hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
