RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM TO UTILITY AGREEMENT WITH
WATERLOO WATER WORKS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
H AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
LBE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Addendum to Utility Agreement dated February 6 , 1989 , for
Ansborough Avenue, IX-6615 ( 7) --79-07 , by and between Waterloo
Water Works of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
