"7-' C% 0 PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 354 AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Rampart Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, has under
contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with FY 1989 Storm
Sewer Improvements and Repairs Program, Contract No. 354 , in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1989.
