RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PARKING REGULATIONS IN THE CENTRAL BUSINESS
DISTRICT, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the City Traffic Code empowers the City Council to establish parking
regulations within an area known as the Central Business District; and
WHEREAS, there have been recent changes in the Central Business District
parking, namely establishing more long-term parking spaces and changing the
handicapped parking spaces to at least a 4 hour limit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following list of parking regulations be and the same hereby approved.
