P N RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,

WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development
w (HUD) has issued new regulations for reduction of the
°' Administrative Plan content requirements limiting the content of
rjthose policies and procedures of local policy; and
WHEREAS, the Administrative Plan and Admission Policy is
being amended to conform to the new federal regulations; and
WHEREAS, the Administrative Plan and Admission Policy
currently in use for other Section 8 Existing Housing Certificates
and the Housing Voucher units is hereby amended; and
WHEREAS, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
requires that the Administrative Plan and Admission Policy be
submitted to HUD for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, as the Waterloo Housing Authority,
establishes the attached Administrative Plan and Admissions Policy
for the Section 8 Existing Housing Project IA05-E050-001/9 and
IA05-V050-001/8 .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1989 , approved
by the Mayor Pro Tem this 8th day of February, 1989 .
