BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Don Gardner Construction Co. , Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, for the Lecture Hall/Gallery Addition of the
Waterloo Recreation and Arts Center in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and
the City Clerk as of the 7th day of February, 1989, together with
the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said
contract signed by the Merchants Bonding Co. of Des Moines, Iowa,
as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of February, 1989 .
