WHEREAS, Patricia Christy dba River Valley Trucking has
proposed that the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a
site plan for a proposed small trucking business using the
existing 50 ' x 150 ' building for the trucking operation, and

City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, due to the insignificance of the nature of
said above mentioned site plan, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan should be approved as proposed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the site plan for Patricia Christy
dba River Valley Trucking for a proposed small trucking business
using the existing 50 ' x 150 ' building for the trucking operation,
be and the same is hereby approved, subject to the following
conditions:
1 . In lieu of fencing off the property from the residence
to the west, all trucks parked outside the 50 ° x 150 '
building must be parked on the east side of the 50 ' x 150 '
building.
2. All truck boxes and parts must be visually screened from
adjoining residential properties .
3 . The trucking business will not be obnoxious to
surrounding residential properties.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 1989, and
approved by the Mayor this 23rd day of February, 1989.
