RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT WITH
H H WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING & SURVEYING, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Services Contract dated February 21 , 1989 ,
; for FY 1989 Independence Avenue Area Storm Sewer Improvements ,
Phase 2 , Contract No. 373 , by and between Wayne Claassen
Engineering & Surveying, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 1989 .
