RESOLUTION ANNEXING REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
WHEREAS, Wayne and Aniceta Claassen and the Nancy Shirey
Trust have made application to have the hereafter described real
estate annexed to the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following described real estate, all of
which is located in the County of Black Hawk, State of Iowa, be
and the same is hereby added to and annexed and made a part of the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa:
The South Eighty ( 80) feet of the North Six Hundred Eighty
(680) feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4 ) of the Northwest
Quarter (NW 1/4 ) of Section No. Twenty-two ( 22) , Township
