L BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
o, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of $12 , 220 . 00 from
Go the General Fund ( Street Sinking Revenue) to the Paving No. 170
9) Bond Fund, $24 , 549 . 64 from the General Fund (Street Sinking
w Revenue) to the Paving No. 176 Bond Fund, and $4, 064 . 52 from the
General Fund (Street Sinking Revenue) to the Paving No. 213 Bond
Fund to cover costs of bonds and interest payments due in FY
1988-1989.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Deputy City Clerk/Auditor be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 1989 .
