DOLLARS AND TEN CENTS ( $18 , 508 . 10) TO THE GENERAL FUND.

• " BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
._, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of $18, 508 . 10 from
the Paving No. 256 Project to the General Fund
Sinking) . This transfer is being made in order to close out(Street

assessment project on which Bonds were sold and all bonds have
been redeemed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Deputy City Clerk/Auditor be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 1989 .
