RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO DISPOSE OF
REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received by the Community
Development Board on February 15 , 1989 on the property located at
321 Gable, Waterloo, Iowa, and legally described as :
Manson' s Third Addition, Waterloo, Lot 9, Block 8 , Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
and,
WHEREAS, the high bid in the amount of $1 ,001 . 00 was received
from Bartow and Mary E. Campbell, adjacent property owners, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to dispose of said real estate and
hold a public hearing on disposal of said real estate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Mayor and Deputy City Clerk be
authorized to publish and set a date of public hearing for March
6 , 1989 to sell said real estate to Bartow and Mary E. Campbell
for $1 , 001 . 00 .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 1989 .
