�; ,�., c, INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
0) WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 13th day of March, 1989 , for
the purpose of considering and acting upon the request of Woodland
Pattern Company, 848 Rainbow Drive, for a waiver of the building
moratorium on Relocated 218 highway corridor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of February, 1989 .
