E-� ` EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Preliminary Engineering Design Contract dated February
27, 1989 , in conjunction with Ansborough-Cleveland Area Street
Improvements, Contract No. 375 , IX-218-7 ( 108 ) --3P-07 , by and
between Brice, Petrides-Donohue Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Liz PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of February, 1989 .
