RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING AGREEMENT WITH BRICE,
i PETRIDES-DONOHUE CO. IN CONJUNCTION WITH PEDESTRIAN
p CROSSING STUDY AT EAST FOURTH STREET AND THE CHICAGO,
~ CENTRAL & PACIFIC RAILROAD AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Agreement dated February 27, 1989, in
conjunction with pedestrian crossing study at East Fourth Street
cc and the Chicago, Central & Pacific Railroad, by and between Brice,
Petrides-Donohue Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
H . PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of February, 1989 .
