O RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PARKING REGULATIONS IN THE
CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
Hi H BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.

WHEREAS, the City Traffic Code empowers the City Council to
establish parking regulations within an area known as the Central
Business District, and
WHEREAS, there has been a request that the City designate t
handicapped parking spaces in the ten hourg we
parking
adjacent to the U. S. West office building at East 3rd and Sycamore
Streets in downtown Waterloo.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, that two, ten ( 10 )
hour, handicapped parking spaces adjacent to the side entrance of
the U.S. West building on the southeast side of East 3rd Street
near Sycamore Street be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of February, 1989.
