HomeMy WebLinkAbout1989-089-02.27.1989 RESOLUTION NO. 1989-89 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF UNPAID WEED MOWING AND LOT CLEARING FEES IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA. WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 362 . 12 ( 3 ) (g) allows municipalities to certify unpaid weed mowing and lot clearing fees to the benefitted property as a lien.
