E-' E-' ' APPLICATION OF SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT AND CONSENT OF
O 0 BONDSMEN WITH CEDAR VALLEY CORPORATION AND DIRECTING
v EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Contract and Application of Supplemental
Contract and Consent of Bondsmen dated March 6 , 1989 , in
conjunction with Katoski Drive, M-6585 ( 3 ) --81-07 , by and between
Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March, 1989.
