RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM TO COLLECTIVE BARGAINING
AGREEMENT WITH TEAMSTERS LOCAL 238A AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Addendum to Collective Bargaining Agreement dated March
6 , 1989 for year beginning July 1 , 1989 and ending June 30 , 1990 ,
by and between Teamsters Local 238A of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March, 1989 .
