APPRAISAL SERVICE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Appraisal Contract dated March 13 , 1989 , for 106 Berlin
Street in conjunction with Relocated U.S. Highway 218 ,
IX-218-7 ( 63 ) --3P-07 , by and between Jones Appraisal Service of
Q; Cedar Falls , Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
�,, is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
Q, in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 1989 .
