RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT MODIFICATION
NUMBER 1 WITH KWS, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT MODIFICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Contract Modification Number 1 dated February 1, 2010, at an
additional cost of $4,200.00, for the construction of the U.S.
218/Washington and 18th/Williston Traffic Safety Improvements
Project, CS -TSF -8155(706)-85-07, by and between KWS, Inc. of
Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 2010.
