"-H `i BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 17th day of April, 1989 , for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a portion of
the flood control easement obtained by the City in 1968 over Lot
9 , Shuman Addition ( 2534 West Ninth Street) owned by the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and legally described as follows :
The South Nineteen ( 19 ) feet of the North Twenty-four ( 24 )
feet of the East Nine ( 9 ) feet of the West Fifty ( 50 ) feet of
Lot No. Nine ( 9 ) in Shuman Addition, in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
! Section 2 . That the CityClerk is herebydirected to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1989 .
