- NOTICE OF HEARING.

�- WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 17th day of April , 1989, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
property owners to rezone from "C-2" Commercial District to "M-1"
Light Industrial District a parcel of land generally located
between East Seventh and East Eighth Streets and legally described
as follows:
' Block 22 of Original Waterloo (East) Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, except the southwesterly 50 feet of Lot 7 and
L-1c
all of Lot 10 of said Block 22 ;
and to rezone from "C-3" Commercial District to "M-1" Light
Industrial District, legally described as follows :
The southwesterly 50 feet of Lot 7 and all of Lot 10 , except
that part vacated for street purposes in said Block 22 , all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1989 .
