WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 17th day of April, 1989 , for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
property owners to rezone from "C-2" Commercial District to "M-1"
Light Industrial District, the following properties :
` Property generally located between East Eighth and East Ninth
C. Streets and between Sycamore and Water Streets , legally
described as follows:

raC Block 21 of Original Waterloo (East) , Waterloo, Black Hawk
or County, Iowa, except Lots 7 , 9 and 10 of said Block 21 ;

to and also property generally located between East Tenth and
t__ East Eleventh Streets and between Sycamore and Water Streets,
legally described as follows:
Block 48 of Original ( East) Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
and also property generally located between East Ninth and
East Tenth Streets and between Sycamore and Water Streets ,
legally described as follows :
Block 20 of Original Waterloo (East) Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1989.
