2 M BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Agreement dated March 20 , 1989 , for Downtown
Skywalk from the West Side Parking Ramp to the River Plaza
Building, by and between Brice, Petrides-Donohue Co. of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
