H H L RESOLUTION APPROVING APPRAISAL CONTRACT WITH KEITH JONES
~ H APPRAISAL SERVICES IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANSBOROUGH TO
,xi HACKETT BIKEWAY PROJECT, IX-6587 ( 9 ) --79-07 , AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
0 n BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
-1 that the Appraisal Contract dated March 20 , 1989 , in conjunction
with Ansborough Avenue to Hackett Bikeway Project,
IX-6587 ( 9 ) --79-07 , by and between Keith Jones of Cedar Falls,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1989 .
