BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
T that the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated March 20 , 1989 , for
Construction Engineering Services in conjunction with Cleveland
Street, IX-6627 ( 3 ) --79-07 , by and between Brice, Petrides-Donohue
Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1989 .
