BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
9 that the Contract for Engineering Services dated March 20 , 1989 ,
`r in conjunction with FY 1989 Black Hawk Road Storm Sewer
_. Improvements, Contract No. 378 , by and between Schenk Engineering
Company of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
r' PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1989 .
