H H ` RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CLERK/AUDITOR
O c O w TO DESTROY CERTAIN RECORDS AND PAPERS AS PROVIDED IN
SECTION 372 . 13 , PARAGRAPH 5, 1988 CODE OF IOWA.

WHEREAS, the Code of Iowa for 1988 , under the
Chapter 372 . 13 , Paragraph provisions of
Cha
P5, provides upon order of the Council
that all records and papers, other than proceedings, ordinances,
(3;) and instruments having to do with real estate and bond issues, may
be destroyed, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous of destroying certain records and papers under the
provisions of Chapter 372. 13 , Paragraph 5,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Clerk/Auditor of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and is hereby authorized and directed to
destroy the following records as provided under the provisions of
Chapter 372. 13 , paragraph 5 :
Heating Ledger Sheets from 1955 through 1981;
tl ° c Clerk/Auditor Receipts from July 1 , 1964 through June 30,
1983 ; and
a Building Department Receipts from May 18 , 1981 through
H February 7, 1984 .
