oH CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING THE CLERK TO
.0 C? s . C PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo for the
purpose of considering and acting upon amendment to Ordinance No.
2479, as amended, Zoning Ordinance, as it relates to regulation of
locations of Adult Entertainment Establishments/Adult Users, a
copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1989 .
